Born in Amman in 1990, Moath Isied is a curator and cultural practitioner working primarily in Jordan, at times in Palestine, and since 2023 in Switzerland.
His practice centers on curating and producing collective artistic work in public space. He collaborates with artists and organisations across the full trajectory of a project from shaping ideas and securing resources to navigating permits, managing production, and considering how work is encountered once it enters public life.
Alongside this, he writes and works with photography as part of an ongoing reflection on society, labour, and process.
He currently based in Basel, and works at DROSOS Foundation in Zurich as a programme manager to Jordan, Lebanon and Palestine. He holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts and Art & Design Education from the Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts.
